Way back in 1960, when the blue prints for industrial Development of our country were being planned and executed by exploring resources, means and manpower in achieving Industrial Development for the Socio-economic growth of the people of India, a young energetic Science Graduate from Pilani with vision, enthusiasm & resources, plunged to venture into the building construction activities in the upcoming Industrial units, in various parts of India.
During next five decades the organisation had grown manifold by drawing it’s strength from the successfully completed civil & structural Engineering works in Projects pertaining to Sugar Industries, Copper Industry, Carbon Black Plants, Fertilizer Plant, Chemical Industries, Paper Plants, Cement Plants, Textile Industries, Tar Products Factories and overhead R.C.C. Reservoir etc. At places like Golagokaran Nath (U.P.) Khetri Nagar, Ringus & Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), Ghaziabad, Kosikalan- Mathura, Chunar Mirzapur (U.P.), Nasik (Maharastra), Wadi- (Karnatka), Gagal (Himachal Pradesh), etc.
The organisation had diversified into construction activities comprising of Commercial Buildings, Public Utility Buildings and Residential Flates; in Delhi & NCR since 1980. With the introduction of most innovative concepts of construction of Group Housing society flats in 1982; more than 3600 Residential flats in Four stroyed & Multi-storeyed Buildings with necessary stilted areas, basement and infrastructure facilities at places like Vikaspuri, Rohini, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar, Chilla (Dallupura), Pitampura, Dwarka etc. At Delhi/New Delhi and also at Faridabad (Haryana) have been successfully completed.
The Present organisation, Badhwar Universal Constructor (P) Ltd. was incorporated in August 1986 and in addition to construction of Residential Buildings, it ventured into the field of Institutional buildings. As a part of its expansion plan, BUCON had undertaken and successfully completed Civil works for Asia’s Biggest Hall- “A Meditation Round Hall” and other Institutional and Hostel Buildings at Maharishi Nagar, Noida (U.P.).
With the commencement of Group Housing activities in Dwarka (Pappankalan) New Delhi, during last few years the organisation has been entrusted with the construction of more than 1600 residential flats in multi-storeyed buildings complete with civil, sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical & all Development works etc., and most of the works have been handed over to the clients.
